Returns & disputes

One policy for every shop, so you always know where you stand.

Your money is held

Payment goes to CARDSLAP, not the seller, until the card is delivered. The seller is paid 3 days after the delivery scan, 14 days after shipping if the carrier never scans it, or immediately when you confirm receipt.

When to open a dispute

Within 3 days of delivery for a card that is not as described or arrived damaged. For a card that never arrived, 7 days after the ship date. Open it from the order page; pick the reason and describe what you see.

What happens next

The seller has 48 hours to respond. A CARDSLAP reviewer reads the listing, the photos, the messages and both statements, then decides: release the payout, refund you in full, or refund part. Not-as-described returns are shipped back to the seller with tracking before the refund is released.

No returns for

Changing your mind, a grade you disagree with on a slabbed card, or condition issues on a raw card that were visible in the listing photos and described in the listing. Raw card condition is subjective; read the description and ask the seller before buying.

Sellers

Describe honestly, photograph front and back, ship in a top loader inside a bubble mailer or rigid envelope, and add tracking the day you ship. Sellers who are refunded for not shipping see it on their shop stats.
