What we collect
Account details (email, display name, handle), card photos you upload, listings, offers, messages, orders and shipping addresses, and basic device and usage data. Identity verification and payout details are collected by Stripe, not by us; we receive only verification status flags.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: identify cards from your photos, show fair values from sales data, process orders and payouts, deliver messages and alerts, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. Card photos are sent to an AI vision service to read the card; they are not used to train models by that provider under our agreement.
What we share
Sellers see the buyer’s name and shipping address for an order. Buyers see the seller’s shop and handle. We share data with service providers that run the product (Supabase for hosting and database, Stripe for payments, Anthropic for card recognition, Netlify for hosting, Resend for email, PSA for cert lookups). We don’t sell personal data.
Messages
Messages are filtered automatically to remove phone numbers, emails and payment-app references. They are stored and may be reviewed by CARDSLAP staff to resolve disputes or investigate abuse.
Your choices
Edit your profile anytime. Delete saved searches to stop alerts. To close your account or request your data, email support@cardslap.ai. We keep order records as long as required for tax and dispute purposes.
